This concrete takeoff sheet contains the following quantities:

• It includes the amount of concrete needed for foundation walls, columns and lintels as well as platforms, steps and other structures. This includes an estimate of the transportation costs and the required equipment, such as cranes, pumps, mixing machines, etc.
• Costs for concrete formwork. The cost of concrete formwork depends on whether you rent or buy, the type, repairs, associated equipment, transportation costs, and labor.
• Concrete reinforcements such as structural rebars, wire meshes, plastic meshes, stirrups and dowels.

Calculate man hours to determine labor costs. The cost of material, labor and equipment is estimated by using RSMeans, our construction database, which contains current and zip code-based pricing, and our construction costs database. This includes the excavation, leveling and compaction, as well as transportation, equipment and labor. Other costs such as storage, concrete testing, waste, spillage and logistics are also taken into consideration. Contingency funds, which cover inflation and unforeseen costs are also taken into account.
